Penney Properties is the name I use for my own real estate investing in San Diego County. It is not a fund, a franchise or a company; it is me, buying residential property for my own account to hold, improve or redevelop. I am based in La Jolla.

How I approach a purchase.
I contact owners whose property may fit what I look for, and owners reach out to me. Either way, the first conversation is just that: a conversation. If a purchase makes sense, I put the terms in writing so you can review them on your own time and with anyone you trust.
